A visit to Musical Affairs and Pel Audio
What sources are used? Well, this system is CD-only.. An ancient Accuphase CD-transport has the
honour in spinning the discs. Also a Denon CD-transport is available, from the past era as well. These transports have a slightly
different soundcharacter: Where the Denon is more revealing, is the Accuphase´s musicality unbeatable. These transports hook
into a Pel Audio non-oversampled DAC based upon the TDA1543. Ofcourse this DAC as well is built using only ear-picked components.
Cables are Pel Audio, the powercables are Furutech as is the power distributor. For demagnetizing
CD´s Furutechs top-of-the-line Demag is available.
