Last ETF I had some wonderful discussions with Jac from jacmusic.com. During those he mentioned the newly released EML45B, which has a much higher power rating compared to the standard EML45 whilst still be a perfect replacement for the 45 in general. So got a pair for trials and just put them in my experimental amplifier as a replacement for the Psvane WE275A replica. Had to modiy the schematic slightly, this to get an idea about the performance soundwise. Jac explained that distortion goes down when operating te 45B at higher voltage/current. Now it is operated very conservative, so will go up in the  upcoming weeks.
